Robins Foundation staff and students alike will today be celebrating after receiving an excellent set of end of year results.Results across the board were high, with 71% of those graduating in year 13 exceeding their target grades. In addition to this, 60% of students gained Distinctions (A* to A grade equivalent).Students in the year below also received promising results which will stand them in good stead as they are welcomed back over the coming weeks.Head of Education at the Robins Foundation, Chris Stenner, said: “I am very proud of each and every one of our students for the work they have put in. During these testing times, they have persevered and shown a huge level of determination and resilience. It is great to see the year 13 students leave with a very high set of results which will now set them up for their next Journey.“I truly believe that the nature of the courses, the support of the staff and the inspirational learning environment provides students with the opportunity and belief that they can achieve. “Students who are graduating from our courses will now take their next steps in various settings. Some are off to universities around the country such as Birmingham, Bath, Liverpool and Plymouth. While others are staying local and entering apprenticeships in a variety industries ranging from: Sport, to Business Administration to carpentry.“We would like to wish all of our graduating students the very best of luck in the future, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming our new year 13 and 12 cohorts in September.”“I am very proud of each and every one of our students for the work they have put in. Benett/Dave Benett/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — The stork has finally dropped off a bundle of joy for Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson.The Queen & Slim star and the Little Fires Everywhere actor welcomed their first child, a healthy baby girl, into the world.“Both mother and baby are happy and healthy,” their reps told People.The joyful news comes two weeks after Turner-Smith showed off her baby bump in a nude photo and acknowledged the new role and journey she would soon embark on.“A fantastic voyage that begins in wonder and transformation,” the 33-year-old British model and actress gushed about her definition of being a mother before thanking her photographer.“Thank you for capturing a small piece of this portion of the journey. I will never forget how this felt and now won’t soon forget how it looked,” she added.Turner-Smith and Jackson have done a good job of keeping their relationship private. It was confirmed in December 2019 that the pair were married after they appeared to pick up a marriage license in Beverly Hills back in August of the same year. Even with the confirmation, their wedding date remains unknown to the masses. The duo is speculated to have begun their relationship in late 2018 but the new mom didn’t make their relationship Instagram official until August 2019.
